We are Mainly Focused
on the development of industrial units in established industrial parks:

located in industrial parks (very well located and under consolidation with all the feasibilities and services to the land to be developed, including hydraulic and sanitary connections and electricity supply), allowing the development of the projects in a very agile manner,

as well as in land outside industrial parks (which, due to their acquisition prices, will allow attractive returns). These latter, even though their execution times take longer than the first ones due to services and management, they will be of a larger scale, thus compensating the scale of the portfolio to be developed.
