Industry Makers Group – IMG’s objective and strategy are the development of an industrial portfolio consisting of a combination of the development of industrial units in consolidated industrial parks that will be rented to companies interested in setting up in Mexico for possible future sales, as well as projects on land outside of parks that will complement the profitability and increase the scale of such projects.
This portfolio will be managed by our administrative area, ensuring the maintenance of the properties in optimal conditions in order to evaluate the partial or total sale of the real estate portfolios that are being developed.
The risks in the development of these projects and their operation are minimized by having a specialized team dedicated to the execution of industrial real estate projects, along with the established alliances that support the different areas of this process such as promotion, organization, management, construction, and commercialization.
Investment Vehicle
Our investment vehicle in Mexico, supported by our partners, will be the scheme to channel the investments and operations of the portfolio of projects to be developed.
Our business proposal makes it possible to capitalize on this opportunity, as explained in this Business Plan, by serving an industry that will be demanding industrial space in the coming years.
Financially, it allows channeling resources mainly through capital, which will begin to generate income in the short term, based on U.S. dollars (at the Mexican peso exchange rate), from the second year of operation, to be gradually increased to achieve attractive returns in the mid-term, estimated over a period of 5 years.
