The current business opportunity that Mexico offers will allow, as we have explained in detail, that over the next 5 to 7 years it will be possible to channel important investments in the industrial sector as a result of the relocation of companies that are interested in participating in the North American market.
Furthermore, as conditions in Mexico improve in some aspects, such as energy production and the provision of services, this opportunity could be extended for a longer period.
Mexico’s manufacturing sector is currently in a very interesting dynamic in different production areas such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, plastics and chemicals, among others, all of which have been significantly increasing their exports to the North American market, both directly and indirectly.
The industrial spaces that these production areas are demanding represent very attractive opportunities for the companies that are participating in the development of industrial projects in Mexico, particularly in the north of the country and in the Bajio region, where there is an important dynamic in manufacturing and distribution centers.
