Capitalizing on the opportunities of the current international environment in Mexico, specifically in the industrial sector, and with the objective of proposing competitive developments without competing directly with large scale developers that are currently developing projects in highly demanded cities and markets, Industry Makers Group – IMGoffers in a first stage to develop projects in the Bajio area, specifically in the states of Queretaro, Guanajuato, Aguascalientes and San Luis Potosi.  

 

In addition, we will participate in secondary markets in the northern border of Mexico, particularly in cities that are currently showing a very interesting dynamic of investment and absorption of industrial spaces without competing in cities that are highly competed by large-scale developers for the placement of industrial units to end-customers.
